The Chef offers a choice of high-quality meats seared instantly for an incomparable taste experience. Fish, vegetables and fruits also find their place on the menu. Kansas Prime Angus beef flank steak, Black Angus "Grain Fed" rib steak, Salers By Metzger, Australian Wagyu, organic charcoal salmon, wild squid carbonara or even puffed pizza in its original version, there is something for everyone tastes.
Clover Grill a place entirely imagined by Elodie and Jean-François Piège, in which beautiful materials are honored: woodwork, marble, leather, mahogany. There are also Portuguese azulejos straight from Lisbon in the middle of Bario Alto. A simple, friendly, family and warm place that the couple wanted to create. The wine list is once again developed by Jean-François Piège and Chef Sommelier Baptiste Cavagna. For this new setting, Elodie and the chef call on the talented trio of the Experimental Cocktail Club and create a menu of 9 cocktails showcasing the classics of the genre and also offering creations dedicated to this unique place.
