Its location near Golf Aix les Bains, the SNCF train station (2km), Lac du Bourget (4km), Mont Revard (22km) and the Congress Center (2km) is a real asset for our Estate which puts at your available free private parking with 200 spaces.
The Mercure hotel and the spa were completely renovated in 2020 and the Ibis Styles hotel in 2021!

For an hour, a day, a week or a weekend getaway, come and relax at the brand new NUXE Spa (free access for customers staying at the Mercure hotel). This space located in the heart of the Domaine de Marlioz Aix les Bains offers many face and body treatments: massages, massages, balneotherapy, aesthetics, but also swimming pool, hammam, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sophrology, yoga, fitness, aquarunning course ...

In a context of well-being, this is the originality of our offer. In order to make your event a privileged moment, more than 700m² of space is divided into 15 modular rooms lit by daylight and with direct access to the Park. The conference rooms can accommodate between 10 and 310 people depending on the layout desired and each meeting room is equipped with audio visual equipment and free wifi.

Personalized incentive activities original activities in our park (yoga classes, Olympics, etc.) in the mountains 30 minutes away (dog sledding, biathlon, mountain biking, etc.) on the shores of Lake Bourget (paddle boarding, canoeing, beach games, etc.) We we will be happy to organize a picnic in the park, an aperitif on the terrace or a barbecue under the stars!

Le Biõz restaurant by Cédric SZAJNERMAN offers fresh, local and seasonal cuisine, with special emphasis on forgotten vegetables.

The bedrooms
The Mercure Domaine de Marlioz Aix les Bains hotel & Spa (completely renovated in 2020) has 60 comfortable rooms in a cocoon spirit. Our spacious, air-conditioned rooms all have a balcony overlooking the park. Wi-Fi access is free.
Our modern and colorful Ibis Styles hotel (completely renovated in 2021) has 100 rooms on the same site.
