A charming residence, formerly called "the small castle Dietz", the Hortensias building was built at the end of the XNUMXth century by Edouard Dietz, a notable Barrois, owner of the largest tannery in the city.
Completely renovated today, the Hydrangeas, combine cachet, comfort, gastronomy and relaxation, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar.
Bar Lounge
To end the day and have a drink with colleagues, start the evening with friends, or simply take a break in the afternoon, the H Bar Lounge opens its doors to you non-stop every day of the week.
Pool and terrace
Heated swimming pool, deckchairs, and century-old redwoods, such is the decor set around the Hortensias terrace.
Facing due south, you can sit there for a sunbath, a swim, or just to enjoy the surroundings while enjoying a glass of Alsace wine, comfortably installed.
The shaded part of the terrace has become a must for sunny lunches: daily menu or à la carte tasting delight all connoisseurs.
For dinner, the atmosphere is more subdued, and a play of colored lights enlivens the bottom of the pool.
