Historically, the cellar was intended to store goods and perishable goods from the city of Dijon. More recently, the Caveau hosted the Musée de la vie Bourguignonne and the Musée Grévin until 1995. The Espace Grévin then became a temple of electronic music with the afters of the year iron and many student evenings also took place. was organized until 2007. It was in 2018 that we decided to take over the sole commercial unit of this vast space now separated into residential lofts in order to turn it into a reception room to host private events. tailored.
