Quiet and ideal for bringing out your best ideas, its lounge and meeting table can accommodate up to 12 people. Paperboard, 140cm LED screen, RJ45, Wifi.

Gateway Room :
The creative room with a relaxed spirit, bathed in natural light, to work or entertain just like at home! Paperboard, 140cm LED screen, RJ45, Wifi.

Studio Victor:
Small meeting studio that can accommodate 5-6 people for more informal working sessions or complementing your workshops as part of your study days coupled with other rooms. Present your collections, brainstorm comfortably, receive your appointments ... you are at home!

Large Loft:
This is a large industrial loft with a main room 200m2 bathed in light through a magnificent Eiffel glass roof. This space is dedicated to the organization of Premium events, creative seminars, as well as filming, photoshoots and press breakfasts.

Eiffel Loft:
100m2 inspired by the spirit of the famous French engineer, connected to several annex rooms and fully modular according to your needs. Most ? A giant screen and a plasma screen for your projections.

Loft Eden: 
70m2 This Loft equipped (2 LCD screens), bright, spacious and comfortable makes you feel at home for your events. Loft in a natural spirit with soothing materials and colors bringing you closer to nature.

Lounge:
300m2 on the ground floor with a multitude of corners for relaxation (sofas, coffee tables, armchairs) and a restaurant service area.

The dock : 
35m2 on the ground floor, continuing from the Lounge, this space welcomes you to our relaxation area for your lunches or workshops.

The Cellars:
Dating from 1870, the old cellars once housed wines and spirits from the most prestigious houses in France and Europe. Now restored, these 3 communicating rooms spanning nearly 200m2 allow a multitude of configurations by combining one, two or three spaces ...

The private courtyard:
Ideally located between the house and the workshop, our private courtyard is at your disposal to have a coffee, lunch or work. Equipped with Wifi.

Rooftop:
Surrounded by the large glass roof of the Atelier, the Rooftop with an area of ​​200m2 can host your events for up to 40 people in an intimate setting. Its sofas, deckchairs, and natural plants give it an authentic and friendly atmosphere for your breakfasts, work sessions, or even afterwork and barbecue.
