Detailed presentation of the room

Covering an area of ​​500 m2, the open Cloister can accommodate meetings of 5 to 150 people. It combines three independent spaces distributed by the gallery, ambulatory: a conference room for 150 people, and the Foyer-atrium for receptions. For seminars of 20 to 60 people, the groups can be divided into the plenary room and 3 subcommittee rooms. Meetings, training, seminars, conferences, award ceremonies, cocktails. Grand piano in the conference room.

The Albert Le Grand conference room, combined with the Foyer's dining areas, constitute an ideal duo for combining work and relaxation time. The Foyer is equipped with a bar which can also be converted into a meeting room. 2 small breakout rooms, Desobry and Fra Angelico allow for subgroups and workshops.

All rooms are equipped with technical equipment and modular furniture: secure wifi, video projector, flipcharts, etc. (other technical equipment on request). Sound system and microphones in the conference room (Bose)
