TUE because it is William Ledeuil's third restaurant, Earths because it celebrates the one that feeds us, Kitchen Ter (re) has been sharing its pasta differently since 2017.
At the origin of the project, a meeting, that of William Ledeuil and Roland Feuillas, peasant-baker in Cucugnan. Together, they imagined 6 types of pasta, all handcrafted and made from varieties of old wheat (spirit, small spelled, durum wheat, Bearded Roussillon, Khorasan, etc.) selected for their nutritional qualities and their low gluten content.
They can be enjoyed in a bright, colorful and always very arty setting. Blue benches and terrazzo tables stand alongside canvases inspired by the 50s. The walls are signed by artist Daniel Humair, the space is the work of architect-scenographer Roel Stassart.
In the kitchen, it's chef Pandora Métayer who handles these laces, shells and girolettes between Italy and Asia, coated with a made-to-measure broth. From starters to desserts, we find the ingredients and condiments that make up the DNA of Ze Kitchen Galerie. Sun seekers will appreciate the small terrace to savor dishes, juices and unexpected cocktails from the House.
