The Rooster Rico was born in 2012 Paris Montmartre at the top of the Butte close to the Sacré Coeur. What better location could Antoine Westermann find to nest his first poultry address? It is in this neighborhood bistro that are rooted the roots of the concept of Rooster Rico We pay tribute to the poultry of French traditions and our terroirs. From chicken eggs bred in the open air to poached poultry then roasted on the spit to homemade desserts, you're welcome to the chef's original chicken coop "PoultryhouseTM"!
