Restaurants: Nolinski in Paris

In a decor that subtly mixes Art Deco and the spirit of the seventies, a nod to the 30s façade of the hotel, Nolinski Le Restaurant offers contemporary and sunny cuisine, with textures, colors and flavors that are as fresh as they are unexpected. The Chef, Philip Chronopoulos, already a Michelin-starred Chef at the Palais Royal Restaurant, celebrates here a cosmopolitan and unique cuisine, with Mediterranean accents, and the originality of a menu open to the worlds “The worlds of raw, spicy, the sea… for a kitchen where you never get bored ”. There are small simmered veal turnovers, pesto burrata cauliflower, poultry kebab and crispy ravioli. On the sweet side, the pastries are imagined by Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. No hall, it has 45 rooms on 6 floors. 60 seats - small cafe piano lounge adjacent to the room.
