The Chiberta *
In 2004, Guy Savoy set up a team a few steps from the Etoile and the Champs-Elysée.
Such a geographical situation necessarily called for the intervention of his accomplice, Jean-Michel Wilmotte, to give Chiberta its appearance of an informal club.
Along the walls decorated with bottles, you discover in the different lounges, contemporary works by Bertrand Lavier, Gérard Traquandi, Fabrice Hyber, Georges Autard. From the Oenothèque to the Carré-Comptoir via the Traquandi lounge, the flexibility of the lounges allows an original adaptation for group business lunches and dinners.
In the hands of a team in the Guy Savoy spirit, led by his partner Thierry Belin, Chiberta conceals treasures of imagination, both in the choice of its wines and in the creation of its dishes.
