As part of our culinary workshops, we provide all the equipment necessary for the realization of this sequence: kitchen equipment, utensils, aprons, furniture, dishes. We also provide all the ingredients for making your meal. Finally, our activities do not require any specific knowledge on the part of the participants.

To combine leisure and work, we also offer a space dedicated to your seminars, training or work meetings with associated services: video projector, wifi, hot drinks, fruit juice, snacks...

We can welcome you to our workshop located at Saint-Gilles-les-Bains (10 min. from main roads and 5 min. from seaside resorts. Our modular space is presented as follows:

• A 60 m2 "culinary workshop" space for your "team building" activities
• A "seminar" area for your training, presentations and work meetings
• A tasting area for your team meals with "catering" service provided by the Brigade.
• A vegetable garden for discovery workshops "from field to plate"
• A kitchen / cold room area for preparation and mise en place.
• A parking area can accommodate a dozen vehicles to facilitate access to our space.
