At La Pousterle we like to make you happy and make you discover new flavors! Have you ever tasted a pumpkin purée seasoned with tonca bean? With us, cooking is a real passion that is passed down from generation to generation.. We make it a point of honor to always cook fresh and if possible local products.

Our Mediterranean-inspired cuisine will arouse your curiosity. We like to mix the flavors of the world, to make you travel, to surprise you without shocking you. The kitchen is, for sure, a plus so that your guests will remember your invitation for a long time.

And of course, as each good dish can be accompanied by a good wine, we will be happy to make you taste the wines of the region!

We offer various dishes and menus but also cocktails with appetizers, always homemade. You can thus choose a tapas formula with, for example, grilled mussels or cut serrano ham...or a formula with more elaborate bites with a carpaccio of scallops with passion fruit or eggplant with seaweed japanese and sesame seeds...

We offer more than 50 appetizers to choose from, from the simplest such as squid fritti to the most sophisticated such as beef tartare with fresh mint and truffle knife or oysters in whipped cream jelly with lemongrass.

Without forgetting the desserts such as chocolate raspberry Bavarian, lemon pie, pekan nut pie... You can also, if you wish, compose a buffet of several: cakes, mousses, fruit salads, creams...

La Pousterle is a one hectare holiday village in the forest. It is made up of 18 apartments with between one and three bedrooms.

You can stay in apartments (with a terrace) or in chalets (with a small garden). Don't hesitate to contact us communicate your preferences at the time of booking.

Residents have access to the swimming pool and sports equipment (volleyball court, games for children, table tennis, etc.)
