Our manager/technical manager will help you, thanks to his knowledge of the field and his versatility, to determine the technical and human needs of the event while respecting your specifications.

Able to provide advice and optimize the event, he will also be able to make recommendations to the project manager(s), depending on the event, his knowledge and experience in the field.

He will be the interface between you and the various service providers and personnel present on site.

Able to manage all service providers and brief all staff on site, he will create, in collaboration with the project manager(s), intervention schedules for each service provider in order to optimize the coordination on site during assembly, operation, dismantling and provide fluidity in the work.

Catalyst of requests, he will dispatch them according to positions, needs and emergencies. It will thus manage the matching between demand and the means available. He will anticipate potential problems and unforeseen events that may be encountered during an event.
